ALL PRODUCTS FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY
Product Application
Rock Crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous
activities. Some modifications will
adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Proffitt’s Cruisers
are sold for off road use only. Any
other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or
user. Some modifications and
installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void
your original dealer warranty.Â
Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions, which
could cause serious bodily injury or death.Â
Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks
associated with any such modifications and use. Proffitt’s Cruisers also strongly recommends that trained
professionals install all products.
Warranty
All Proffitt’s Cruisers products carry a one-year
warranty. This warranty does not cover component failures due to abuse or
neglect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us prior to returning
products.  No warranty is expressed or
applied on used parts or parts from other manufacturers. Products from other manufacturers may carry
their own specific warranty and we will do what we can to help facilitate the
warranty process if the need should arrive.Â
Workmanship
All workmanship provided by Proffitt’s Cruisers
carries a one-year warranty. This
warranty does not cover failures due to abuse or neglect. Paint and bodywork carries the same warranty
except for in cases where we determine that the vehicle has been exposed to
harsh climates and/or harmful chemicals.
Returns
All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
must be in new condition. All returns
are subject to inspection. Shipping
charges are not refundable. Please
contact us prior to returning any products.
